Room in Montreal Downtown - SARO2-4

Accommodation description from the host:
Large room two blocks from metro Saint Laurent station.
Boulevard Saint Laurent just beside.
Jazz Fest / Comedy Fest right beside.
Chinatown a few blocks away. Old Montreal / Old Port walkable
Everything downtown walkable.
Check-in time very flexible as I have a lockbox at the entrance, though be aware there may be people sleeping if you come in late. Normally checkin after 4pm though you can drop luggage earlier.
Check-out time until noon.
Your room is large with a KING size bed, a walkin closet, a small fridge, a Keurig, a kettle, a toaster, snacks, and breakfast cereals.
This is a room in my apartment, you're sharing the place with myself and one other room which is up for rent as well. There is no living room and no access to the kitchen.
There is a cat on site.
Third floor, no elevator, not good for disabled.
